Full Body Fire Flow 9 am Tuesday + Thursday

{True Light Yoga}*warm, starts July*

Advanced yoga isn't simply doing challenging poses, it's about how you tackle life's challenges. In this 60-minute session, we'll connect to self + spirt through sweat, break down advanced asana as well as yogic teachings.

The first bit of class is dedicated to strength training, then we move into a flow. The intention behind this is to make otherwise inaccessible poses easier to work towards.

Embodied Vinyasa 6 am Wednesday

{True Light Yoga}*warm*

Anatomy focused, steady paced movement designed for you to learn and work specific muscles. This class brings darkness to light, illuminating body awareness as the sun rises through the windows.
